SPRING BREAK SCHEDULES
This are the schedules of the KidFit.
MINUTES
3:15 – 3:45 – Circuit – 5 rounds
Minute 1 – 10/25 Bosu Ball Balance (tossing ball back and forth with partner)
Minute 2 – 10 push-ups
Minute 3 – 25/50 single/double-unders
Minute 4 – 15/25 lunges (walking or stationary)
Minute 5 – 10/20 sit-ups (throwing a ball to partner)
Minute 6 – 10/20 box jumps/step-ups
*Water break when needed in between rounds
TIME
3:45 – 3:50 – water break
3:50 – 4:00 – abs, planks, stretching
4:00 – 4:30 – break (water, snack, restroom etc.)
4:30 – 5:00 – teach some kickboxing fundamentals
5:00 – 5:15 – stretching – cool down
5:15 – 5:45 – Go Noodle Dance (youtube)/Wii – Dance Dance Revolution
5:45 – 6:00 – Pack-up
